1. Acceptance

By using InvestKorun.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What InvestKorun is

InvestKorun connects business funding seekers with investors — that is all we do. We do not verify listings, hold funds, or intermediate deals. We do not investigate or act on reported fraud.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• Email verification is required before accessing gated features
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• One person may act as both a business poster and an investor

4. Listings & fees

• Listing fee: ৳100 BDT per listing, non-refundable
• Active listings run for 30 days; no renewal in beta
• You must not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
• Halal status is self-declared — we do not verify Shariah compliance
• Document links must be publicly accessible; we do not host files

5. Investments & ratings

Investment amounts and confirmations are self-reported by members and are not verified by InvestKorun. Ratings reflect user opinions only. All due diligence is your responsibility.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Posting false or deceptive information
• Harassment, spam, or abuse of other users
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees
• Scraping or automated access without permission

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvestKorun accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from investments made through contacts found here.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
